Very carefully formed and well-preserved ingot, with choice markings of an 8-sided rose (Amsterdam silversmiths) and the Zeeland VOC monogram on one side, diagonal casting seam at one end and typical sunken pit with encrustation and diagonal assayer's bite at other end, nicely toned and meticulously certified. Formed in two slightly offset halves, with one end of both halves sliced and assayed, choice markings of an 8-sided rose (Amsterdam silversmiths) and the Zeeland VOC monogram on one of the flat sides (as opposed to the two sides that show the seam), nicely toned and meticulously certified.
